Hand-dyed Rushcutters Bench

$4,950.00

Named one of six finalists in the Australian Furniture Design Award, the Rushcutters Bench was inspired by bent pipe trusses in the old Finger Wharf building in Woolloomooloo.

This piece is woven in Danish cord which has been precisely hand-dyed and prior to being wound onto the frame. The chequerboard pattern emerges as the pre-dyed cord is applied.

The frame is available in either mirror-polished stainless steel or in a powder-coated steel finish. Given this piece is made-to-order, customisation is possible. Please get in touch if you’re interested in different colour or dimensions. Allow a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
